Jett Products Holeshot Wear Ring

Our CNC-machined jet pump wear ring is crafted from a solid block of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), delivering outstanding strength and thermal stability for demanding marine applications. This machined wear ring offers superior precision, strength and material consistency when compared to molded parts and unlike metal alternatives, the PET construction enables extremely tight front edge clearance, dramatically reducing leakage past the sealing surface for superior performance and efficiency. Precision machined radial dimensions promote effective water circulation around the ring to help manage heat buildup during operation. Multiple internal shoulders strategically reduce water flow and pressure reaching the front sealing edge, protecting it and extending its service life. Titanium set screws are included to securely pin the wear ring in place, preventing spinning or movement. This advanced design ensures reliable sealing, reduced maintenance, and enhanced performance for high-speed, high-pressure jet pump systems.
